late mid-week update

1. we've been house-sitting/dog-sitting.
that's where we've been
i highly advise it

it involved staring contest

and awesome beds on porches

 their home was beautiful, but i won't post pictures of someones home all over the www

trust me though, we enjoyed our little staycation

i cooked twice in my dream kitchen

this all goes to say, if you need someone to house-sit...we're you're men(and woman)

i did miss this guy very very very much though

it's rather disturbing how much i love this dude

he is a canine afterall

i have definitely turned into one of "those" people who i thought i'd never be

2. mi madres bday is in 2 days and her sisters is in 3 days

we had a little get-together/surprise lunch for these ladies this week at a shmancy locale

i got a cake for my mom without knowing that we were celebrating my aunt chrys' too.

so i improvised

it's the thought that counts

3. Lynn stopped through on her way to Mississippi so Jen and I got to love on little Miller

eeeekkk...he's perfect

we love him. the end.

4. we also got to face-time this guy.

my mamaw's were there and were able to participate for the first time in face-timing gumBeau.

t-2 days until he's all mine. muahahahhaha

5. the Taylors-come-to-Wm weekend was a success.

it rained all weekend (except for when they were leaving, of course)

so we enjoyed some time in the living room just visiting and it was delightful

i love being with them

and garrett suprised us all and joined in the fun

we were sad when they left

all of us

6. i start work on Monday!!!

7. i need help

i've been doing Insanity for a week and gained 2 pounds.

seriously? seriously.

that happened. how does that happen?

it probably has nothing to do with all of the dessert that i've been eating.

oh well.
